How to design your own personalized dog shirt a video tutorial
   
In this video tutorial I will show you How to create personalized dog shirts for you and your family using a picture stored on your computer. These are dog shirts for people to wear, sorry but at this time we do not have dog shirts for dogs. While this site is made for the dog enthusiast you can use a picture of just about anything to make a shirt. In order for the shirt to print properly you’ll need to start with a high quality picture of at least 200 ppi. An image taken from a website will not work because they’re usually at a low 72 ppi quality. It’s best if you can use a good quality photo. The maximum printing area is 14 inches wide by 17 inches tall.

In the video I use a dog photo that is about 6.5 inches wide at 300 ppi so I thought I could increase the size just a bit and still have it print well. You will notice that I decrease the size by dragging the corners to a size I think will work.

I suggest that you upload and image and then play with the design futures to create something truly unique. It’s helpful to signed up for a My Dog On A Shirt account so you can save your designs for future use and modification. Once you’ve created a personalized design you’ll have the option of sending it to a friend in an email or if you have an account, saving it.
